GL Groups

GL Groups is one of the above options is which you can classify your GLs for reporting Purposes.

This is a list of GL Groups used in the GL Account. When the system is installed the GL Groups are preset. Groups are used for reporting purposes i.e. Balance Sheet report will print in group order.

To add a group enter the Code, a group description and the Order on Balance Sheet. Note that an entry of 0 in the 'Order on Balance Sheet' column will place the GL group at the front when printing the Balance Sheet.
