Account Search program is utility used to find an account quickly through searching by word or letters.

Simply type in a word in the search box and click on the Search button. Highlight the account you wish to view and click on the Select button. This will open in invoice if open, otherwise will open in Debtor/Creditor Master File.

Filter Search Options

Account Type

All - Searches all accounts in the system.

Debtor - Searches debtor accounts.

Creditor - Searches debtor accounts.

Contact - Searches contact accounts.

A combination of account types can be selected by ticking the appropriate box.

Buttons

Select - Opens the account selected.

Close - Closes the Account Search program.

Search - Searches the accounts in the system for the word or letter typed in the search field.
