Account Word Search program is a handy tool that allows you to search for key words set up in the Debtor or Creditor Master File, options, word search tab. 

For example, you set up a key search word as Genuine and use this to find all debtors that have preference for genuine parts alone, or all creditors that supply them 

In Account Word Search, type in the key word in the Search Word field and press F8. You will see all the Accounts that have the occurrences of the word in the list.
