Job Codes Grid

Job Code Grid allows you to make bulk changes to existing job codes rather than one at a time.

The Job Code Grid will display existing job codes in a table format. It allows you to modify certain attributes of the job codes without having to look up each individual job code in the Job Code Maintenance screen.

This is an ideal screen to make changes to many different jobs at the same time, however more detail or specific changes may need to be made using the Job Code Maintenance screen.

The following screen shows an example of the Job Code Grid, the focus is currently on making a change to the 1000km Service Job Code:

Item Code - Job Code assigned to the item

Description -- Job code's description

Group - Group assigned to the job code such as workshop labor, workshop sublet, etc.

Job Type - Job type set

Charge Hours - Numbers of hours  set for a particular job

Mechanic Hours - Numbers of hours spent by the mechanic

Fixed Price - Tick this part if the job has a fixed price
